Tricia Davis, PT, is a hyperkinetic, Canadian-trained physiotherapist, athlete and outdoorswoman. She has been an athlete for over 30 years, competing in endurance mountain bike events, most recently including the BC Bike Race, 100-mile mountain bike events as well as Ironman and Xterra off-road triathlons. Tricia helps others live healthy, active lifestyles through co-founding Potential Energy Training and Nutrition where she works as a wellness, cycling and triathlon coach. Tricia has 20 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and has spent the past 5 years coaching beginner to elite-level mountain bikers, cyclists and triathletes.
