Warranty Form & Return Policy

If you are not 100% Satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, send it back to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Either call us at 1-855-PWR-PLAY (1-855-797-7529) or email customerservice@powerplay.us for a return authorization number and instructions for your return. You must return your product in “like new” condition and include the Return Authorization number, Date of Purchase, Purchase Receipt, Name, Address and Phone Number and the Serial Number on the product.

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid shipment. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel. We recommend that you track your return items during shipping. We cannot accept COD shipments.
