PowerPlay® product is warranted against manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship for a limited period of time from the date of original purchase. PowerPlay® Compression Pumps, Wraps, Gel Packs and Ice Bag Sleeves are warranted for (1) one-year. PowerPlay® Poly-Bag Inserts and are warranted for 30 days.
We recommend submitting a warranty card within (30) days of purchase to ensure a reliable and expedient warranty process. In cases where warranty cards or registration is not submitted, PowerPlay® may require proof of purchase verification, especially in cases where product is not purchased directly from PowerPlay®. You can register your warranty by mailing your card to the PowerPlay address at the bottom of the page or online at https://powerplay.us/warranty/
In Warranty Returns
To obtain warranty service the product must be returned for evaluation. Warrantied product returns will be evaluated, repaired, and returned within five (5) business days of receipt. If a non-repairable manufacture defect exists, product will be replaced. Defective product returns become the property of PowerPlay®. Replacements assume the original warranty of the product that was replaced unless otherwise specified by PowerPlay®.
Out of Warranty Returns
For out of warranty products, customers have the following options:
- Refurb with 90 Day New-Warranty: in cases where product is repairable, customers may choose to have a pump refurbished for $75.00. Repaired product is warrantied for 90 days from the return ship date.
- Exchange with 1 Year New-Warranty: customers may choose exchange non-repairable out-of-warranty device for a new device for $199.00. This new device assumes a full 1-year warranty starting from the return ship date.
- Non-Warranty Original Product Return: customers may choose to have their product returned without electing to repair or purchase the pump(s). However, a $29.00 fee shall be applied to cover shipping and processing.
EXTENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including, without limitation, accident, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration, normal wear and tear or unauthorized repairs.
HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, you must have returned the Warranty Registration card or online form to PowerPlay within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, or provide proof of purchase. Then call 855-PWR-PLAY (855-797-7529) or email email@example.com. If you qualify for warranty service, you will be issued a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.
You must include the RMA number on or inside the package.
If you return the PowerPlay products to PowerPlay, you assume the risk of damage or loss during shipping. You must use the original packaging or the equivalent to protect the products.
The replacement PowerPlay products are warranted under this written warranty and is subject to the same limitations and; exclusions for the remainder of the original warranty period.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your PowerPlay system, you may return the unit within thirty (30) days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee. PowerPlay can only accept returns on compression wraps that have not been opened or used. Please contact Customer Service for more information or to request a return.
