All PowerPlay® products are warranted against manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) full year from the date of the original purchase.  For site wraps and gel packs only, the warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear or if the product has been subjected to misuse.

PowerPlay has a Quick Swap program that assures that if a defect exists during the warranty period for reasons covered by this Limited Warranty, PowerPlay will send a replacement unit or replacement wrap within one (1) business day after PowerPlay receives the original product. PowerPlay may elect to replace with either a new or refurbished product. The replacement unit assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a pump is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the returned item becomes the property of PowerPlay.

If warranty form is not submitted within (30) days, you may be charged $95 for replacement pump and/or current sales price for replacement wraps.

Any pump outside of its one-year warranty can be replaced for any reason for $95 and the replacement pump will be shipped within one (1) business day after PowerPlay receives the original product.  The warranty service process outlined in this document must be followed and a Returned Material Authorization number must be issued and included on the outside of the return product shipment.

Extent of Limited Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including, without limitation, accident, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration or repair. All International customers who purchased directly from PowerPlay will be responsible for shipping charges on warranty product exchanges. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, you must have returned the Warranty Registration card or online form to PowerPlay within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, or provide proof of purchase. Then call 855-PWR-PLAY (855-77-7529) or email warranty@powerplay.us.  If you qualify for warranty service, you will be issued a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.

You must include the RMA number on or inside the package.

If you return the PowerPlay products to PowerPlay, you assume the risk of damage or loss during shipping.  You must use the original packaging or the equivalent to protect the products.

The replacement PowerPlay products are warranted under this written warranty and is subject to the same limitations and; exclusions for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Return Policy

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your PowerPlay system, you may return the unit within thirty (30) days of purchase with a 10% restocking fee. PowerPlay can only accept returns on compression wraps that have not been opened or used. Please contact Customer Service for more information or to request a return.
